Disney Vacation - Part I

We had a wonderful time at Disney World the week before Christmas.  It was fun to see everything decorated.  The weather was bit chilly for me, but Cory loved it!  I will post pictures in a few different posts.  Here is the first.  I will have more up in the next several days.

We made it to Orlando!  We took Disney's Magical Express to our hotel.
And Kaylynn immediately put on her swimsuit!
View from our hotel building.  Cory loved this resort because it had a ton of trees for shade!
On our way to the pool.

It is a long walk, better rest on the hammock!
Awww, this is the life!

In the spirit of winter, Kaylynn decided to make "water angels".

This bird (Ibis) came to say "hello".
I just thought this looked cool!  The water wheel was in front of the main building at our resort where the cafe and such was located.
Watching a movie on the lawn at the hotel to round out the first day.
Ready for our first full day at Disney!
Back at the water wheel!
Every hotel and park had a huge Christmas tree decorated with a different theme.  This was in our hotel lobby.
On the boat to Downtown Disney to do some shopping!

Look excited Daddy!
Downtown Disney.

Lego Land!
You may see this on a Christmas card next year!

Our lizard friends were all over at the resort.  They were hard to catch on camera, though; Kaylynn finally caught this one!
We passed by Epcot to ride the monorail and took this picture.
Too cute with her new boots and shirt!
Monorail!
Heading to the Castle!

After a bus trip to Epcot, a monorail ride to the transit center and a ferry ride across to Magic Kingdom, we are finally there!
Ready to celebrate at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!

Making a wish at the wishing well by the castle.  I think her wish came true!
It is so hard to take pictures of the castle in the dark, but it looks so cool it is hard not to try - over and over again!
The castle looked beautiful all lit up for Christmas!

Daddy's favorite ride - It's a small world!
And we had to ride Dumbo!

There was also a Christmas parade.  It was a fun night!

More pics from the trip coming as soon as I have some more free time!
