We had a great time going to the Sioux hockey games in Colorado Springs last month.  The Sioux played great and got the sweep!

Between the city parade, piano recital, and school events, we once again celebrated Halloween for about 6 straight days!  Here are a bunch of pictures from the week.

K's annual school fundraiser - the "Fox Trot" - happened at the beginning of Oct.  All the kids run laps and Kaylynn ran 7.5 this year - about 2.2 miles in 20 min!  She did great.  Here are a few pictures from the event.

 This was a great warm-up for the Free to Breathe 5K we all ran the following weekend.  K got second place again this year!  She is turning into a good little runner!  It was fun to have Grandpa and Grandma join us this year, too.

 

Pickin' hops

I went to the Hops and Heifers farm to pick hops way back in August.  It was a beautiful day and a lot of fun!  While I am not the biggest fan of hoppy beer, it was a neat experience.

Golden Gate Canyon State Park

We went camping a few weekends ago - took in some fishing and the beautiful fall colors.  We had a great trip.  Here are several pictures from the weekend.
